Product working principle

When the PYY cone crusher is working: The motor drives the small gear of the crusher, the small gear drives the large gear, and the large gear assembly (large gear, large gear frame, eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assembly (eccentric cylinder sleeve, eccentric copper sleeve) and the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone, inner cone liner) around the theoretical vertical line. The main shaft assembly rotates within the eccentric copper sleeve with its center line. During idle operation, the eccentric sleeve assembly "holds" the main shaft assembly and rotates with the large gear. When materials are added to the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone) slowly rotates within the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the materials. The running trajectory of the inner cone appears to swing back and forth in the crushing chamber while slowly rotating. The materials are crushed by the swinging inner cone. The support sleeve and the frame are pressed together by the hydraulic cylinder. When uncrushable objects such as metal blocks fall into the crusher, the single-cylinder moving cone is lifted by the bottom hydraulic piston, playing a role in discharge port adjustment, iron protection, and repeated lifting and lowering to remove blockage.

In order to save the replacement time of easily damaged parts, after careful design and processing, the contact surface between the grinding wall and the cone body is firmly and reliably combined, and no filling agent is needed, eliminating the removal and filling of each replacement, and the installation of the grinding wall is firm, saving the cost of filling materials.

4. Low hydraulic working pressure. The working pressure of the entire equipment's hydraulic system is relatively low (not a high-pressure hydraulic system), the pressure on the hydraulic components and the mainframe is relatively small, the hydraulic system is more durable and stable, eliminating worries about the hydraulic system.
