Compared with ordinary stirring tanks, the double-impeller leaching stirring tank uses a double-layer impeller to make the stirred slurry more uniform. In terms of energy consumption, it is more energy-efficient. The impeller uses a rubber-coated technology, resulting in a longer service life. The aeration uses a multi-directional aeration scheme for uniform aeration.
Applicable range: Suitable for gold leaching, adsorption, and other mixed operations with low specific gravity, low viscosity, slow sedimentation rate, ore particle size of -200 mesh accounting for more than 90%, and slurry concentration less than 45%.

Product Working Principle
Under the dragging and stirring action of the double impeller, the slurry flows from top to bottom in the center, diffuses through the peripheral damping plates, and air is introduced at the lower end of the shaft, mixing with the slurry and circulating upwards to form a uniform suspended mixture.
